Harrisonburg VA:  A man charged in the shooting death of his brother last year is now accused in a murder-for-hire plot.

Richard Brunk was charged with first degree murder in connection with the shooting death of his brother, Ronnie, in June of last year.

The 63-year-old Brunk is due in court tomorrow for a pre-trial motion in Rockingham County Circuit Court on that charge and online records showed that he was indicted by a grand jury earlier this month on two counts of kill for hire.

Published reports indicate that the target was Rockingham County Commonwealth’s Attorney Marsha Garst.

He will be back in court on November 20th for a hearing on those charges.
